TITLE:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

DEPARTMENT:

LOCATION:

E. Taunton, Massachusetts

POSITION PURPOSE:

To provide comprehensive customer service to franchise owners, assuring complete customer satisfaction. Serve as primary contact between franchise owner and corporate offices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Franchise Owners in their efforts to grow a successful business.

  • Train franchisees to submit timely, clearly written ad submittals and proof returns.

  • Facilitate franchise use of electronic tools to minimize time spent on administrative tasks and maximize time spent on sales.

  • Assist Art, Proof and Production Departments in facilitating Franchise Owners' mailing.

  • Support all functions within Franchise Services as scheduled production mandates, i.e. assist Data Entry, Art and Proofreading Departments, process preliminary and final print orders, electronic proofs and provide general support.

  • Ensure Franchise Owners adhere to Policies and Procedures through training and development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Track Record of Success in Daily Planning – Organization is absolutely vital to this position

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, use of the Internet, e-mail, and contact management software program.
