Do you have experience supporting an outside Sales team? We are looking for a self-motivated administrative support person interested in a career of personal development and growth with the largest direct mail company in the country.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: |
• Providing sales support assistance to a team of sales associates • Administrative policy and procedural training of sales associates • Pagination of the monthly issues of the core print product • Preparation and distribution of reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and as needed |
REQUIRED SKILLS : |
• 3-5 years of experience in a professional office environment • Strong administrative skill set (attention to detail and process flow orientation) • Strong team attitude • Experience in processing paperwork against deadlines • Multi-tasking ability in a dynamic, customer focused office • Strong communication, training and leadership skills Strongly preferred skills include: • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel. Goldmine experience a plus. |
