JOB DESCRIPTION:
|
At MailCoups Direct, a Valassis Company, we
have a Sales Assistant opportunity available in our Burlington,
MA sales office.
|
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
INCLUDE: |
- Provide administrative support to Marketing Consultants and
perform limited sales functions.
- Provide Cars & Trucks
Marketing Consultants and clients with reports, presentations
and other materials/documentation as needed.
- Provide efficient and courteous client service through mail,
PC, telephone or in person. Communicate pricing and product
requirements to clients.
- Serve as liaison between clients and various internal departments – route
and monitor inquiries/complaints to appropriate personnel
- Manage advertising copy, on behalf of Marketing Consultants
and clients, from needs analysis to submission through client
approval.
- Attend and participate in all required meetings and training
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Management

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
|
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure
manuals
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one
and small group situations
- Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and
interpret bar graphs
- Ability to implement and follow through on instructions furnished
in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete
variables in standardized situations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Contact Management systems,
Microsoft PowerPoint, Internet software, Excel Spreadsheet
software and Microsoft Word Processing software
