BILL MATTHEWS, President
Bill joined SuperCoups in
1998 as Vice President of Franchise Training and Development.
In September 2009 Bill was promoted to President. He manages
the daily and strategic efforts of SuperCoups’ Marketing,
Training, Franchise Licensing and Company-Owned Store initiatives.
Prior to joining SuperCoups, Bill was the Sales Manager for
Direct Home Advertising, Inc., where he helped build the
company to be the largest SuperCoups franchise, mailing over
two million unique households. Before his career in direct
mail advertising, Bill played professional football and earned
a B.S. Degree from South Dakota State University.
DAVID
MURPHY, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating
Officer
In 2001 David joined SuperCoups
as Director of Finance and Operations. He brought with him
extensive financial management and manufacturing experience
from the paper, telecommunications and power industries.
Prior to joining us at SuperCoups, David held the positions
of Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and Controller
for several companies. In 2005 David was promoted to Vice
President and in 2009 was promoted to Chief Financial Officer
and Chief Operating Officer and now oversees the company's
Finance, Operations, Customer Service and Information Technology
Departments. David
received a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College and an
M.B.A. from Suffolk University.
CHRIS
VALLI, Information Technology Manager
A 20+ year IT veteran, Chris joined SuperCoups
in 1996 as a programmer, and currently serves as the Information
Technology Manager. Prior
to joining SuperCoups, he worked as the IT Director for a wholesale
floral distributor in Boston. Chris is credited with improving
the company’s technology infrastructure and with designing
and implementing an automated billing system. He earned his
B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts.
Jennifer
Gray Byrne, Marketing and Franchise Licensing Sales Manager
In 2005 Jennifer joined SuperCoups as the
Marketing Manager. Jen is tasked with developing strategic
marketing campaigns for SuperCoups franchisees and MailCoups.
Jennifer brings 10+ years of experience building measurable
marketing campaigns, generating leads, planning and purchasing
media buys, managing all aspects of public relations, creating
sales collateral and developing web-based initiatives. In 2006,
Jennifer was promoted to the MailCoups Leadership Team and
in 2007 she was promoted to also manage Franchise Licensing
Sales. Prior to joining SuperCoups Jennifer worked within an
ad agency setting, developed new business sales in both the
television and radio industries and was a marketing executive
for several high-tech companies. Jennifer received a degree
in marketing from Roger Williams University.
Jason
Barrow, Operations Manager
Jason started with SuperCoups in September
of 2002 as the Production Services Manager in the Operations
Department. Prior to joining SuperCoups, Jason was the Scheduling
Manager for a national direct mail company in Las Vegas and
North Carolina for four years. Jason managed all aspects of
SuperCoups' transition to our new facility and has initiated
many of the recent improvements in the Department. In 2006,
Jason was promoted to Operations Manager and a member of the
MailCoups Leadership Team. Jason graduated with a B. A. from
the University of New Hampshire with a double major in English
and Communications.

Sullo , Finance
Manager
David joined SuperCoups in 2006. His role includes
all aspects of financial planning and analysis, as well
as daily management of the Finance Department. Prior
to joining SuperCoups, David held positions in both Finance
and Operations; working extensively with developing and
integrating franchise business models into one of the nation’s
largest food service and vending providers. He earned
his B.S. in Business Management at Albertus Magnus College.

Sheila Rivera, Customer Service Manager
Sheila joined SuperCoups in February of
1999 and held various positions within the Customer Service
team. In 2002, Sheila was promoted to Customer Service Manager
where she leads a team in providing exceptional customer service
to our franchise organization. In 2007, Sheila was promoted
to the MailCoups Leadership Team. Prior to joining SuperCoups,
Sheila held positions as an Assistant Buyer and Scheduler for
a commercial printer. She earned her B.S. in Business Management
from Bridgewater State College.
